THE RULES
Open to international shorts and features of any production year in this first edition.
One film per submission. Full HD digital format (.mov/.mp4, H.264).
Works not in English/Spanish must be subtitled. Selected films require Spanish-subtitled copy for Mexico City screenings.
Hybrid festival (in-person + online). Max 3 submissions per director.
Special non-commercial rules apply to the Rogue Cinema fan-made category.
